SHIPPING, TAXES & HANDLING CHARGES:
We turn around shipments “lickety split”. But kindly allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase within this time period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NO REFUNDS. Exchanges will only be processed if: 1) you e-mail us by e-mail at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery/receipt with a brief description of the reason for exchange; 2)the exchange is approved by Di Snapback; and 3) the exchange is shipped back to Di Snapback within 3 days of approval. All SALE items from the website are not subject to exchange and are deemed a final purchase.
Although availability may be indicated on the website and your order accepted, because our production runs are limited and small in nature, we cannot guarantee product availability and products for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or in rare circumstances, cancel any order. In the event we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be made available promptly.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or viewing device, we cannot guarantee that what you view on the website, will match product received.
