Policy: All Sales on disnapback.com are final but we do offer domestic (USA) exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package on items that were purchased for FULL PRICE.  Any items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible to be exchanged.  You must provide your order # and what style you would like to exchange + which style you would like as a replacement.  Please note replacements MUST be of EQUAL or LESSER value only and ALL items must be sent back to us with all original packaging.

Step 1: Please contact us at: disnapback@gmail.com to process any exchanges.  Please provide your original order # in the subject line of your email with your name as sampled below.  In the body of your email please explain to us the reason for your exchange request along with the link to the item you wish to exchange your item for.

EXAMPLE: Exchange Request: Order #17482 - John Doe

Step 2:  If your exchange request is approved, we will email you a UPS return label for you to send back the item(s) you are exchanging.  Please return hats in the original packaging you received, including cellophane bags and hang tags attached to item.

Step 3:  Drop your return off at UPS and await your new item to be sent to you.

Step 4: Once we send your choice for exchange, we will email you back in the same email thread regarding your exchange with your tracking info!
