All Sales on DiSnapback.com are FINAL. We do offer a 7 day exchange policy for defective items.

United States: We cover exchange shipping fee for the 1st return request of each order.
International: Unfortunately, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer.

How to exchange an item?

- Step 1: Please contact us at disnapback@gmail.com indicating the item(s) you would like to exchange, the order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in its current state. Please provide images of the exact faulty parts of said items and the tag (including the hangtag shown attached to the item).
- Step 2: If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Step 3: Our convenient customer service team will then get you a speedy exchange.

Exchange Conditions

- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right for you. - Item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
